I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were exactly like the photos, very comfortable, and clean, but lacked privacy due to the missing dressing table and continuous sound of water dropping in the bathroom. The service was good but could be improved. The location was fantastic, providing a blissful atmosphere near the mall road. The dining was a bit disappointing with delays in service. Overall, great value for money with some drawbacks.
